The Long Ride Home
After 21 years of service in the United States Navy, I'm riding 2,200 kilometers from Portland, Oregon to Coronado, California to raise awareness and support for veteran mental health through Project Echelon.

A mission that continues beyond military service
For more than two decades, I served alongside some of America's finest men and women. Like many veterans, I've witnessed the challenges that come long after the deployment ends. As I transition form military service, I'm using the bicycle as a platform to create conversations around connection, purpose and mental health. Veterans don't fight alone. We ride together. |
WHY PROJECT ECHELON?
Veterans Don't Fight Alone. We Ride Together. I chose Project Echelon because I experienced firsthand the power of cycling and community. Their mission to educate, equip, and empower veterans through endurance sport perfectly aligns with what The Long Ride Home represents.
Cycling is simply the platform.
Connection is the mission.
Every dollar raised through The Long Ride Home supports Project Echelon and their commitment to helping veterans thrive beyond the uniform.
